CrossFit Cranium
it hasn't been long since i started doing crossfit, like a legit crossfit. actually i've been only doing crossfit for a month and a half. so you could say i'm still a baby dyke when it comes to crossfit. i still get confused about the kind of press or jerks we need to do. but i could also say that crossfit has helped me for keeping my stamina intact. well my first week was the hardest! i don't usually faint or puke during a workout but crossfit did make me puke and faint all in one whole week! that's how weak i am!

what is crossfit?

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. 
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. 
The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen. 
Thousands of athletes worldwide have followed our workouts posted daily on this site and distinguished themselves in combat, the streets, the ring, stadiums, gyms and homes.

well if you want to know more about crossfit, it's everywhere. i really like doing crossfit not just because i always find it hard to catch my breath every after and during the WOD (workout of the day) but you gain new friends as well since a community based workout, which means you do the workout with other people not like hitting the gym every once in awhile where you got your own thing going on, but in crossfit you actually compete with yourself with the support of your team, or more like your crossfit family, that is why i love crossfit.
